Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Relationship Manager to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, long-term relationships that support our business growth.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Serve as the primary contact for clients




  • Build and maintain strong client relationships




  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions




  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services




  • Handle client concerns and provide prompt resolutions




  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve client satisfaction




Requirements:




  • Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills




  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude




  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects




  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
