| Job Description: |
Installation and maintenance of equipment
- Install and maintain equipment required for physical installation (rack, mounting hardware, grounding).
- Maintain library of associated materials (CD, DVD, storage device, spare parts..) for all equipment, processes and procedures.
- Act as a backup system administrator for the routine maintenance for system administration scope of work (Exchange, AD, ISA, SQL, Windows OS, Backup and Recovery, IIS…).
Network interface equipment troubleshoot
Responsible for Network interface equipment (routers, switches, firewall, VoIP and security systems).

Network analysis
- Perform network analysis, capacity planning and testing for organization\'s LAN/WAN environment.
- Use the appropriate information and data analysis techniques to diagnose the problem.
- Identify problems and search for potential solutions and evaluate them against problem characteristics, system usage and configuration.
- Assist in the creation of processes and procedures for network operation.
- Accurate testing
