Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study options abroad, primarily for Canada and other top destinations
• Handle inbound queries (calls, walk-ins, online leads) and follow up effectively
• Convert leads into enrolled students by delivering accurate information and building trust
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa processes, admissions, and program requirements
• Work closely with the sales and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Prior experience in academic counseling or education sales is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
