We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to lead our online presence across various platforms. In addition to managing our digital brand and community, the selected candidate will support recruitment activities including posting job ads, collecting resumes, and shortlisting candidates as per defined requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to support overall business and branding goals.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies and content based on data-driven insights.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Recruitment Support:

8. Publish job advertisements on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.).

9. Collect and organize incoming resumes/applications from various job platforms.

10. Review and shortlist resumes based on predefined job criteria in coordination with the HR team.

11. Coordinate initial communication with potential candidates when required.

12. Maintain a well-organized database of applicants and status updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to craft and execute successful social media strategies.
• Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or resume management tools.
• Certification in digital or social media marketing.
• Prior involvement in recruitment or talent acquisition tasks is a plus.
