We’re looking for a highly experienced security professional to join our team as Manager Security Operations, who has retired as Major or Equivalent within the last two years.

• Design, review, and enforce security policies and procedures tailored to the community’s needs.


• Oversee daily security operations to protect residents, staff, property, and assets.


•  Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and report any suspicious activity or breaches.


• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services.


• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.


• Train and supervise security staff, including guards and control room operators.


• Conduct regular drills and safety audits to ensure readiness.


• Provide security briefings and updates to senior management.
