We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Blockchain Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience writing Solidity smart contracts for EVM-compatible chains and 2+ years building blockchain clients or cryptographic libraries in Rust. This role focuses on Full Stack Development but also Ethereum PoS consensus layer development, validator tooling, and expanding the Lighthouse Ethereum Client for enhanced performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build and optimize modern, responsive user interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and maintain our consensus client (Rust) powering block proposal, attestations, and fork-choice logic.
• Enhance and optimize the Lighthouse Ethereum Client, focusing on validator performance, sync mechanisms, and security improvements.
• Harden our node-setup tooling (Bash/Ansible/Docker) for seamless validator deployment.
• Extend the wagyu-key-gen library (Rust) for secure BLS key generation & threshold signatures.
• Build & support the Staking-Deposit-CLI (Node.js/ethers.js) to batch ETH/ERC-20 deposits.
• Audit and author Solidity contracts for token economics, governance modules, and bridge logic.
• Collaborate on consensus upgrades, testnet launches, and mainnet hard forks.
• Optimize P2P networking, slot-timing, and validator liveness under high throughput.
• Write unit & integration tests and automate CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

1.  3+ years writing Solidity smart contracts on Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains
2. 2+ years building blockchain clients or cryptographic libraries in Rust
3. Deep understanding of PoS consensus protocols (Beacon chain, fork choice, attestations)
4.  Experience working with the Lighthouse Ethereum Client, including optimization and validator management
5. Strong proficiency in Node.js CLI tools using ethers.js, yargs, dotenv
6.  Solid grasp of BLS signature schemes, HD key derivation, and secure key management
7.  Linux server administration, Docker, and scripting for automated node provisioning
8.  Proven track record in open-source blockchain contributions or running validator nodes
9.  Strong testing discipline (unit tests, fuzzing, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Hands-on experience with cross-chain bridges or Layer-2 rollups
• Knowledge of libp2p, gRPC, or custom P2P protocols
• Prior work on staking-deposit contracts or validator dashboards
•  Contributions to Ethereum Foundation, Polkadot, Cosmos, or similar ecosystems
•  Performance tuning in Rust (async, Tokio, CPU profiling)
•  Kubernetes or Terraform experience for large-scale validator clusters
