The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and cost estimations using Microsoft Excel.
• Source, organize, and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-effective materials and service providers.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Draft, read, and respond to professional emails with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
