We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new restaurants to lead our rider onboarding and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Rider Recruitment & Onboarding: Plan and execute rider acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to meet staffing needs.
• Training & Compliance: Ensure new riders are trained on company policies, app usage, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Fleet Management: Monitor active riders, track performance, and ensure consistent availability to meet delivery demand.
• Daily Operations Supervision: Oversee day-to-day rider operations, shifts, route efficiency, and issue resolution.
• Performance Analytics: Analyze KPIs related to delivery time, order fulfillment rate, and rider productivity. Recommend improvements.
• Support & Engagement: Act as the point of contact for rider concerns, grievances, and motivation initiatives to improve retention.
• Partnership Coordination: Work with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience between restaurants, riders, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in food delivery or hospitality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
• Familiarity with rider tracking software or logistics tools
• A network in the restaurant industry is a plus
