Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Managing existing customers & expanding the business in assigned segment & area through
- Understanding of the industrial and construction segment
- Business Development, Market Research, Customer Retention, and Sales Management.
- Key Account Management in a cross-functional environment.
- Good understanding, experience, and capability of working on tenders, bids, submission of proposals to consultants, Govt. & Public Sectors and dealing with Contractors.
- Weekly & monthly sales Reporting, handling customer complaints, CRM & forecasting.
- Manages and leads the team
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) + MBA (preferably Marketing & Sales)
Experience: 8-10 years of experience with experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Industrial & Construction Segment, and Solar Market.
