Job Description: |
We’re looking for a Female Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a supportive and dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across chat platforms
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented approach
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting

- Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear, effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field6 months to 1 year of proven customer service experience (Amazon & eBay highly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer proficiency; quick to learn new tools and systemsReliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to work well under pressure with a positive, solution-focused attitude
