Job Description: |
- Making contact with and organizing local communities in the most appropriate forms of organization (CBO).
- Training local leaders and CBOs in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a programme of savings, capital formation, and skill development.
- Training concerned local persons/ CBO office bearers in maintaining records, organizing savings, and developing plans for the utilization of skill training at the community level.
- Preparation of contracts/ roles and responsibilities for CBOs
- Frequent coordination with CBOs for planning and execution of the project as per decided roles and responsibilities
- Participation in frequent review community meetings with CBOs
- Provision of the frequent feedback with the management for necessary actions
- Managing other interventions related to the project.
