- Design the Training Needs Assessment exercise
- Train and engage the team for TNA
- Supervise the rollout of the TNA
- Prepare TNA reports
- Prepare/ support for the preparation of the training materials/ modules
- Preparation of training plans
- Organization of training events
- Preparation of training reports
- Design and supervision of awareness-raising/ behavior change campaigns
- Supervision and coordination with CBOs; for the tasks assigned to them
