We are hiring communications and engagement manager to lead and enhance the organizations internal and external communications. This role is central to developing TI Pakistans communications strategy in line with strategic plan, advancing TI Pakistans visibility, amplifying its impact and strengthening public engagement through strategic communications across varied platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with TI Pakistans vision and projects.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters, annual reports) through a collaborative approach with project teams.
• Align communication activities with fundraising and programmatic goals.
• Develop high-quality content for reports, press releases, website, social media, newsletters, success stories and other advocacy materials.
• Coordinate media outreach and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and communication partners.
• Management stakeholder engagement through regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist project teams with developing project related communication material.
• Assist in organizing public events, campaigns, and media briefings
• Develop promotional materials and manage event-based communications.

Core Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Creative content creation skills, including impact assessment and storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and digital communication platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and digital engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment s.
