Job Description: |
You will be our first point of contact for inbound leads, conducting Platform demos and capturing lead information into our CRM as well as following on to close deals. With our recent introduction into Target + to thousands of sellers, this is a fantastic time to join The Company and build out a global career from the comfort of your home. Youll be the first point of contact for potential customers, so a professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential. You must have native English speaking skills and cultural familiarity with the US. Mandarin is also advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Platform demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams for a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes; ideally Hubspot
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Degree in business or a related field is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in inbound sales or account management is a plus
