We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our market footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, driving business growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets. Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and competitor analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance and productivity. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics. Coordinate with production and operations teams to align supply with market demand.
