We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for effective promotion strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (23 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
