Job Description:

We are hiring an Office Assistant to help with daily tasks including Excel data work, online research, and small assignments. The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of using modern tools like Microsoft Office and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine Excel work (data entry, sorting, formatting)
  • Handle administrative and typing tasks
  • Conduct internet research on assigned topics
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT for summaries, content assistance, or research
  • Support with document creation and small office tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and task accuracy

Requirements:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with browsing and using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is required
  • Responsible, punctual, and focused on detail
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google search and handling PDFs/Word files
