Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a positive experience for clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet Visitors: Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Handle Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.

3. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

4. Manage Reception Area: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and managing mail.

5. Provide Information: Provide information to visitors, clients, and employees, including answering questions and directing them to relevant personnel.

6. Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure discretion when handling confidential matters.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

3. Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

5. Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with phone systems: Experience with phone systems, including answering and directing calls.

2. Knowledge of office software: Knowledge of office software, including scheduling and calendar management tools.

3. Customer service skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for clients and visitors.
