Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and meeting project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory codes and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or failures.
• Maintain accurate records of project plans, contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Provide detailed project completion reports and handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 03 - 05 years in civil construction or project management roles.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
