Job Description:
  • Reports to: HR Manager/Recruitment Manager
  • Location: [Gujranwala]

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

2. Screening and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select candidates who meet the organization's hiring needs.

3. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.

4. Candidate Relationship Building: Build relationships with candidates, including communicating job offers, negotiating salaries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

5. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.

3. Strong communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Recruitment software knowledge: Knowledge of recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).

5. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in recruitment: Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

2. Experience with social media recruitment: Experience with social media recruitment and employer branding.

3. Knowledge of employment laws: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
