Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy and generate leads through social media and freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr).
- Engage clients and present tailored software solutions.
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and mentor a sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Software sales experience with international clients.
- Proven lead generation and conversion skills.
- Team leadership experience.
- Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Preparing and analyzing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assisting in contract negotiations and pricing approvals.
- Coordinating with the product development team for customer feedback and product improvements.
- Working with HR to support hiring, onboarding, and training new sales staff.
- Building long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conducting workshops, mentoring junior sales staff, and guiding them in complex sales strategies.
