We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to oversee and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all restaurant branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, and improving product quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality checks at all branches to ensure food products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness as per industry guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items to maintain quality.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and service.
• Identify quality issues and work with restaurant teams to resolve them.
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen and service staff on quality control and hygiene best practices.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all food handling areas.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
• Prepare and submit quality inspection reports and suggest improvements.
• Monitor customer feedback regarding food quality and take corrective actions where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to different branches for inspections.
• Strong communication and training skills to guide restaurant teams.
