Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. As a key part of our HR team, you will work closely with hiring managers to fill various positions while providing a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end (360-degree) recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet the ongoing staffing needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive continuous hiring efforts to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct and manage career drives, recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives to attract fresh talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Utilize diverse recruitment methods, including but not limited to social media recruiting, headhunting, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Hire and train new resources for the HR department to ensure the team's growth and effectiveness.
- Develop and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skill development and performance across the organization.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external sources when required.
- Track recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and make data-driven improvements.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in 360-degree recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Candidates with a Masters degree will be preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience of working in a similar role.
- Experience in bulk and continuous hiring processes in a high-growth environment. Candidates with proven experience of Medical Billing companies or BPOs will be preferred.
- Expertise in conducting career drives, job fairs, and other large-scale recruitment initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with various recruitment methods such as social media recruiting, headhunting, and campus hiring.
- Ability to develop employee training programs.
- Competency in using recruitment tools.
