| Job Description: |
- Uses Call Center tools to gather data and analyze trends or patterns affecting quality.
- Analyzes/ audit service incident data, emails, voice clips, chats, and customer surveys to identify areas of service delivery that did not meet pre-established performance standards.
- Verifies quality results by measuring skills in use of product knowledge, sales and serviceability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.
- Evaluates sales and support approaches by rating effectiveness of service representatives; providing quality ratings; identifying training needs; suggesting training programs.
- Participates in design of call and chat monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Responsible for checking sale agent quality service delivery on runtime calls and chats.
- Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers on improving the quality and processes.
- Preparation of comparative analysis report on overall departmental performance, gaps identification and quality scoring as per pre-defined standards.
- Make analytical reports on refunds and disputes by a thorough review and finding reasoning.
- Bachelor Degree ( preferably with 2-3 years Call Center Experience.)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills..
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
