Admin Executive / Assistant Manager has to Lead/ Supervise the Administrative/ Procurement/ House Keeping/ Transportation/ Inventory Management team to assure the superlative administrative services to the organization. A dynamic individual with the potential of Managerial skills should have a graceful personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills. He has to manage the day to day administration, budgeting and controlling. Must has hands on experience of administration, procurement, inventory, event management with a larger organization.
Qualification
Graduate Preferable BBA/MBA Or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 3 Years Administration and Procurement Experience with organization of 100 + Employees – has to supervised / appraised 3 or more team members for many years.
Computer Proficiency
Expert level in Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Inpage - includes corel / photoshop will be plus.
