| Job Description: |
Security & Admin Officer is responsible to do the following activities: -
- Security:
- He has the ultimate responsibility of overall Security of Personnel, Information, and Materials of the company.
- Establishment of security plans and procedures with the consultation of management.
- Training and awareness of security guards and employees on the security policy.
- Supervising the deployment of security personnel and maintain the duty roster.
- Random checking of security guards available on the different locations.
- Responsible to identifying and control any unauthorised and unwanted access in the company.
- Responsible to assign responsibilities to the security staff and ensure the security plans are understood, implemented and maintained.
- Recommend appropriate corrective / preventive action as a result of investigation of any incident, audit or potential security requirements,
- In case of any nonconformity, he is responsible to investigate the root causes and implementation the corrective / preventive actions as approved by the management.
- Transport.
- Supervise the Repair and maintenance of company vehicle and assign duties to drivers as needed on the daily basis.
- Ensure that the company vehicles are maintained and run smoothly.
- Ensure optimum use of resources (drivers and transport).
- Maintain the vehicle log sheet of all company vehicles.
- Monitor and arrange timely periodical maintenance i.e. oil and filter change, tuning etc.
- Fire Safety:
- Responsible to prepare firefighting procedures, evacuation plans and Fire Risk Assessment.
- establish departmental firefighting teams and trained them to handle any fire emergency conditions in the factory.
- Monitoring, planning and implementation of fire & safety precaution throughout the company.
- Awareness-raising on emergency preparedness and response among the employees.
- Plan and ensure that the firefighting equipment are properly installed in the company and operative all the time.
- Sanitation:
- Supervise the janitorial staff for maintaining the neat & clean working environment in production halls, offices and outdoors.
- Supervision to ensuring the best sanitary conditions are maintained within the factory.
- Ensure that the janitorial staff is properly working on the designated places.
- Conduct daily visit of factory to monitor cleanliness and take corrective actions as needed.
- Building Maintenance:
- Responsible to ensure that all building maintenance related activities are done on time.
- Responsible to receive maintenance requests and plan maintenance as needed.
- Visit to identify the maintenance requirements in the factory.
- Assign tasks to the plumber, welder and carpenter and review their productivity for effective use of resources.
- Ensure that the lifts are timely repaired and maintained.
- Electric Department.
- Supervise the Electric Department of the company.
- Receive workorders related to electric maintenance and analysis for cost-effective corrective and preventive maintenance as needed.
- Ensure that the electric wiring, circuits and panels are free from potential Safety hazards.
- Ensure that the generators are timely repaired and maintained. i.e. change of filters and oil etc.
- Ensure that the Air conditioners and cooling units are properly working and maintained.
- Carry out service of air conditions in the start of season.
- Maintain proper billing record of AC service and repair and forward to the purchase manager for payment after verification.
- Gardening.
- Ensure that the green area and plants are properly maintained.
- Ensure that the green fields are timely mowed.
- Arrange the seasonal flower’s seeds or seedling for timely plantation.
- Green Fences are properly trimmed and shaped.
