| Job Description: |
The selected candidate will;
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
- Conducts recruitment efforts.
- Conducts new employee orientation.
- Handles employee relation counselling.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attend other meeting and seminars.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches , policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
- To prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
- To monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
- Vendor and fleet management.
- To procure consumables, preparing purchase order and inviting tenders.
- To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the Supervisor/Management.
