• Management of all indoor & outdoor sports facilities including its operations, maintenance and to ensure that facilities are being used in a proper manner.
• Complete supervision and management of Sports events by using available resources, including invitations letters to be sent to all participating institutions, preparation of rules and regulations of the events, conduct coordination meetings, events scheduling, completion of required paper work, planning and execution of opening and closing ceremonies, prize distribution, arrangement of officials and media and operations of events.
• Coordination with Sports officers of different institutions, media, sports officials and allied bodies for successful sports events.
• Coordination between coaches, trainers, staff and students to design and execute sports coaching activities
• Other administrative works like supervision of payment processing, record keeping, inventory management, management of Sports Shop etc.
• Budgeting, staffing, expense tracking and P&L responsibilities

Experience:  7-10 years of experience in Administration/Sports Management/Event Management or Public Relations for an international or reputable local university or corporate.

Qualification: Master’s Degree preferably in Business Management/ Administrative Sciences or Public Relations
