HRSI is looking for Manager Legal (Contracts) for one of its client in Lahore
Location: Lahore
Remuneration: 150K-250K
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience, including contract drafting and management
Education: LLB mandatory + LLM preferable
Responsibilities
- Draft and review agreements contracts and other legal documents
- Drive the contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process to contract execution
- Point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Implement and monitor corporate governance and compliance protocols
- Prepare standardized contracts for the company’s business
- Monitor all contracts for renewal, extensions, or termination
- Advise on transactional & commercial matters
