Role: Removals & Returns Executive - P&L

• Perform operations in the returns area.

• Follow-up on all outstanding returns to ensure their timely return to Suppliers/brands. 

• Get the credit memo against the defective units. 

• Generate shipping labels for the return shipment (UPS and FedEx). 

• Get a replacement from the brands, claim a warranty. 

• Communicate with Brands, suppliers/vendors, and internal teams.

• Should be able to perform tasks on Amazon seller central.

• Communicate with Amazon customer support and follow up on cases. 

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements.

• Must be able to perform any other duties asked by a supervisor or team lead.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of returns experience.

• Experience with Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).  

• Experience of Amazon seller central. 

• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
