- Must of Army background (Atleast Worked at the Rank of Major)
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to manage office independently
- Highly Responsible, Punctual
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Plan and execute security operations for specific/high-risk events at site.
- Coordinate with site staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
- Create reports for management on security status and advise management on security issues.
- Ensure that discipline is managed at Site.
