| Job Description: |
- To scrutinize & manage the work for the maintenance of precision for provider front desk operations.
- Maintain & Document the Eligibility, Authorization and referral Protocols for assigned clients.
- To performed daily tasks assigned on getting authorization for specialists, referral from primary care.
- To maintain great coordination with front desk supervisor in regards to scheduling/re-scheduling/cancelation of appointments of patients,
- To proactively analyze and assure the quality in processes of complete eligibility, authorization and referrals for assigned practices/providers
- Experience with cardiology and radiology practices is highly preferred.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports
