Viftech Solutions is Looking for individuals to fulfill the role of Dynamics 365 Developers.

Job Responsibilities

• Who can take ownership for the whole end to end delivery performing analysis design configuration testing and maintenance of large scale case management application.
• The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture design and development of applications on MS Dynamics 365 / power platform.
• Maintain internal CRM ticketing system including customer portal
• Identify and raise work orders for clients when required
• Participate and contribute to D365 Solution documentation and configuration to support customer solutions
• Lead training for customer solutions and as part of rollout
• Respond to customer concerns as an integral part of project and support teams as required

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-4 years of experience working in consulting environments and managing deadlines and configuring and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM solutions
• Proficiency in English both spoken and technical writing skills required
• Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and proactively reaching out to cross-functional teams and customers
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Analyzing and understanding business problems
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns.

• Exposure to Office 365 and Azure cloud solutions.
• Exposure to Integration tools (Scribe, SSIS, Web Services)
• JavaScript, HTML & React  
• Experience implementing complimentary solutions (D365 Portals, Click Dimensions, Dynamics Marketing, Flow, Power Apps)
