Job Description:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information.

  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

  • Project planning, management, monitoring of project tasks, ensure quality delivery, and timely tasks completion.

  • Client management, as well as effective interfacing with technical teams.

  • Data analysis and timely issue escalation and resolution.

  • Timely completion of project and ensure quality Delivery.

  • Strong inter personal skills to coordinate within and outside team.
