• The role is responsible for designing, coding, and modifying existing websites, from layout to function and according to business specifications.
• Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
• Having strong communication skills with the team to ensure there is a clear establishment of what can be created within the timeframe.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for existing codes.
• Having knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, and ASP.NET frameworks is preferable.
• Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.
• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience using WordPress, Laravel, and ASP.NET
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Requirements

• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and ASP.NET.
• Having experience with Visual Studio IDE.
• Deep functional knowledge and hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST API, JSON) are needed to be successful in this position.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Strong sense of code reuse and maintainability.
• Well-structured and Optimized Coding Skills.
• Excellent Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Comfortable using Git for Source Code Control.
