| Job Description: |
- Verification of all types of expense and procurement-related payments and all sorts of Distributor claims/credit notes
- Oversee monthly stock count of Finished Goods, Packaging Material, and Raw Material.(Stock count being done by 3rd party)
- Physical verification of saleable and unsaleable goods returned from distributors/customers.
- Verification of monthly attendance of employees and HR changes for the purpose of salary payment
- Customer/Distributor wise price lists verification on monthly basis
- Surprise and planned Audit assignments pertaining to Quality Control, Material Management, Finance, Sales, procurement etc.
- SOPs compliance audit .
- Pre audit of all sorts of Trade discounts on monthly/Quarterly basis
- Pre audit of Sales targets on quarterly basis
- Pre or post audit of any working having financial impact
- Performance audit of any function or official
- Probe or investigation as advised assigned by the management
- Other tasks assigned by the management day to day .
