| Job Description: |
- To Head the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals i.e( Special visits , New Sops's & Policies Implementations,etc.)
- Resolve the administrative issues timely and effectively
- Maintaining discipline among the employees
- Controlling and Monitoring Security Staff and related activities
- Planning, Execution and Supervision of Construction Related Activities
- Liaison with Government Offices
- Dealing of Employees Issues like Accidents, Residence, Transport,& Other Resource Provision
- To Supervise and Monitor the Factory Vehicles and their Repair / Maintenance.
- Ensure all employees are following COVID-19 Sop's
- Supervision of all housekeeping related purchases & Ensure Housekeeping in whole factory
- Oversee the Canteen management
Education: B.COM/BBA/MBA or Equivalent
