A leading ERP/HCM Solutions providing Software House is looking for Associate Product Consultant (HCM) with following job duties:
- Perform gap analysis between HCM or ERP functionality and client requirements.
- Write design documentation and corresponding functional specifications.
- Communicate functional specs with Developers.
- Write test scenarios and perform testing.
- Assist customer with data migration.
- Train users on their HCM/ ERP solution.
- Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the entire process.
