Job Description:

Financial reports preparation & month-end closing:

  • Prepare Financial/Management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow & Reports to be needed by the management for decision-making).
  • Ensure the completion of all month end close activities related to cost accounting.
  • Ensure that on a monthly basis all inventory accounting reconciliation are appropriately maintain; accrual reserves and adequate.

Taxation:

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns of the company
  • Submission and preparation of Sales Tax & Withholding Tax returns on Monthly basis in addition, efiled on eFbr web portal.
  • Coordination with Tax consultant for GST Refunds and income tax matters.

Others:

  • Booking of receipts from foreign customers and payments to foreign creditors after verification of supporting evidence.
  • Processing and booking of local payments against marketing and administrative projects.
  • Provide systems, which insure an adequate level of internal control the accuracy of cost financial data.
