E-BizSoft is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for its Microsoft Dynamics ERP team. The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: 

Responsibilities

1.       Support and train end users and team members with Dynamics 365.

2.       Requirements gathering, specifically for Dynamics 365 implementations and customizations. Analyze and document these requirements.

3.       Work closely with client, functional and technical teams to implement solutions within Dynamics 365.

4.       Migrate existing Dynamics GP and AX implementations to Dynamics 365.

5.       Set and meet expectations with team members and client end users.

6.       Communicate with customers about support and project requirements.

Skills and Experience

1.       Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is required, specifically with Finance, Operations and HR (including Payroll) business areas. 

2.       Experience with Sales and Commerce business areas will be a plus.

3.       Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and external integrations will be a plus.

4.       Experience with business and financial accounting principles required.

5.       Strong customer communications and good English verbal/written communications are required.

6.       Strong business analysis skills including documentation skills.

7.       Minimum of 3 years implementation or support experience with Dynamics 365.

8.       Minimum of one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementation (analysis to deployment).

9.       Minimum of 6 years overall ERP and financial accounting systems experience.

10.   Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business administration, or finance.
