Within this, we are looking for seasoned and experienced professional who has hands-on experience in the following:

·         Administration

·         Legal matters

·         Logistics

·         Transportation

·         Housekeeping

·         Security management

·         Clarity of labour laws

·         Office Supplies

·         Coordination with Government departments/agencies (WAPDA, LESCO, PTCL, SUI GAS, POLICE ETC)

·         Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

·         Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

·         Looking after the assets, checking up and ensuring all is in order.

·         hiring staff, dealing with them, organizing them with duties. 

·         Car logs, maintenance, repair and all other required work to be carried out.

·         Stocks checks, inventory management. 

·         Building and Motor repairs and maintenance. 

Civilians from industry will be preferred.
