- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attact passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Hold quick phone screen interviews (via phone and video)
- Create numerical, language and logical reasoning test

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to regional manager
- Monitor key metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
