Responsibilities
DO:
- Provide support to credit marketing team to enhance customer experience and share manual workload for successful growth of business.
- Shadow the credit staff to enhance your knowledge upon community socialization, mobilization and then how to make potential clients.
- Support credit team in building a good rapport with clients.
- Shadow credit team to follow up on delayed installments.
DON'T:
- Go in to the field alone for any bank related activity.
- Handle cash.
- Use bank’s systems.
- Get sensitive information from clients.
Any deviation from job responsibility is to be approved by the respective branch & regional management. |
