Leverify USA is looking Sourcing Specialist with strong negotiation and communication skills, willing to work in Second Shift(Afternoon).

1-3 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, preferably in the E-commerce companies, and Amazon experience is preferred.

Mainly would be engaged in calling with US suppliers and negotiate to accept our terms as per our business model.

Desired Characteristics;

Broad understanding and working experience with a variety of procuring/sourcing technologies. Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Have shown results in terms of reduced costs and betters services from suppliers on the basis of negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & motivational skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve the problem
• Build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct market engagement and research
• Open to explore new opportunities and accept changes.
• Chinese/ Spanish speaker is a plus but not mandatory
