Job Description:

Location: Islamabad

Primary responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Company`s product
  • Ensure that assigned sales targets are met in time
  • Ensure conversion of trial customer accounts from non-paying into paying status
  • Identify and prioritize sales leads
  • Promote company’s product by addressing or predicting customer’s objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the Business Development processes
  • Plan and oversee new business development initiatives
  • Create reports and plans for prospective customers

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 01 – 03 years of experience
  • Creative thinking skills and experience with B2C sales
  • Proven experience as Telesales representative
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
  • Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player

Education/Eligibility:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Some traveling might be required
  • The expected salary range is PKR 35K – 40K per month.
