| Job Description: |
The Livelihoods Officer will:
- Identify suitable individuals for the Livelihood Training Program
- Conduct market assessment to identify suitable trades and skills for the livelihood trainings
- Explore the technical service providers for skill development training and develop linkages with them for conducting technical training for the targeted beneficiaries.
- Monitor the trainings being provided by the training institutions to ensure that quality trainings are provided to the selected beneficiaries
- Provided where necessary guidance to the newly trained beneficiaries in establishing small scaled enterprises
- Ensure timely implementation of the livelihood trainings
